# Netbanking

> The Netbanking tab in Insights provides detailed analysis of netbanking transactions, including success rates, volumes, and average order values. This data helps you monitor performance, identify trends, and optimise the customer experience, offering insights to enhance your payment strategy.

You can view analytics for netbanking based on the following parameters.

1. **Banks**: The bank through which the transaction was done.
2. **Gateway**: The bank gateway through which the transaction was done.

## Data Points

You can view the following data points for netbanking transactions.

### 1. **Netbanking Success Rate Trend**

Indicates the success rate trend from the beginning to the end of the selected time frame.

### 2. **NB Banks SR and GMV**

1. **NB Banks SR (Success Rate)**: Displays the success rate of netbanking transactions across different banks over time.
2. **NB Banks GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)**: Shows the distribution of total transaction value (GMV) across different banks for netbanking payments.

### 3. **NB Gateways**

1. **NB Gateways SR (Success Rate)**: Displays the success rate of netbanking transactions across different payment gateways over time.
2. **NB Gateways GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)**: Shows the distribution of total transaction value (GMV) across different payment gateways for netbanking transactions.

### 4. **Top Failure Reasons**

Lists the primary reasons for netbanking transaction failures, detailing the source of failure, number of failures, GMV impacted, AOV, and percentage of total failures.
