# About RTO Analytics Dashboard

> Magic Checkout's RTO Analytics Dashboard provides an in-depth view of the RTO-related activities on the orders received.

It offers insight into how Magic Intelligence protects the business from risky orders by showing the number of unsafe orders and why they are marked risky via:

On the Magic Checkout page, if the COD Intelligence detects a risky order, the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is disabled for the customer. This reduces the risk of RTO orders and reduces cost.

The Magic Intelligence flags some orders as risky that you can approve, cancel, put an order on hold and review it later manually. Know more about [Manual review of COD Orders](/payments/magic-checkout/order-settings/review-cod-orders).

#### Features

* The Dashboard widgets visualise data and provide insight into the order details.
* Widgets can be modified and customised by duration, such as days and weeks.
* Make smarter business decisions with timely, automated and accurate data.

## Get Started

Follow the steps given below to view insights about the various activities:

1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. Navigate to **Magic Checkout** → **RTO Analytics**.

You can now view the **RTO Analytics** tab on the Dashboard. It has three views; [Overview](/payments/magic-checkout/analytics/rto/overview), [Risk Report](/payments/magic-checkout/analytics/rto/risk-report) and [RTO Insights](/payments/magic-checkout/analytics/rto/insights).
