# Pay with Reward Points

> With Razorpay, you can now allow your customers to pay with reward points accumulated on popular places like Flipkart (supercoins), IndusInd Bank, Equitas, Intermiles, Timespoints, Ola, BigBasket, and many more. Customers can make payments on your website or app using a combination of reward points and another payment method, such as cards, netbanking, wallets or UPI.

For example, if a customer has shopped on your website for ₹1000, they can choose to redeem reward points worth ₹200 and pay the rest ₹800 using credit cards.

## Workflow

Given below is an illustration of the workflow:

The workflow is explained below:

1. The customer selects `Pay with Reward Points` on your checkout UI and initiates the payment.
2. The customer is redirected to the Twid page where they enter their phone number and complete OTP authentication.
3. They select the reward points they wish to redeem (for example, Flipkart supercoins) and the other payment method (for example, card) and provide the necessary details.
4. They are redirected to your website once the payment is complete.
