# Razorpay Referral Program

> The Razorpay Referral Program is a quick and easy way for you to become a Razorpay brand advocate. Join this program and invite businesses in your circle to use Razorpay products and earn up to ₹5,00,000 worth of amount credits! Refer to the [Program Rewards](#program-rewards) section for more information.

## Program Rewards

Given below are the program rewards for you (the brand advocate) and your friends (the referred businesses).

### For You

* You will get free amount credits of ₹1,00,000 for each of your referred businesses that signs up and becomes a successful referral. This means collections of up to ₹5,00,000 will be absolutely free. Know more about [credits](/payments/dashboard/account-settings/credits#amount-credits).

* You can refer as many businesses as you want, but you will be rewarded ₹1,00,000 free credits each only for the first 5 successful referrals.

  A successful referral is a business that accepts payments of ₹2,000 or more.

### For Your Friend

Referred businesses will get free amount credits of ₹1,00,000 when they sign up and accept payments worth ₹2,000 (irrespective of the number of transactions).

## Eligibility Criteria

You can participate in this program only if:

    You have completed at least 3 transactions using Razorpay.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 3">
    Your overall transaction volume is equal to or more than ₹3,000.

## How To Refer

### Through Web Dashboard

Watch this video to know how to refer a business from the Dashboard.

To refer a business to Razorpay through the Dashboard:

1. Log in to your Dashboard.

2. In the **Home** page, click **Refer Now**.

3. You can choose to:
   * Copy the referral link and share it with other businesses via a channel of your choice.
   * Enter your friend's email address and click **Send**.
   * Share as a social media post using your business handles.

The following success message is displayed after the referred business signs up for a Razorpay account and completes transactions of minimum ₹2,000.

### Through Mobile App

Watch this video to know how to refer a business from the [Razorpay Mobile App](/payments/mobile-app).

To refer a business to Razorpay via the Mobile App:

1. Open the Razorpay Payments Mobile App and sign in.

2. In the **Home** page, open the menu and tap **Refer and Earn**.

3. Copy the referral link and tap **Refer Now** to share it with other businesses.

You can share it via a channel of your choice.

The following success message is displayed after the referred business signs up for a Razorpay account and completes transactions of minimum ₹2,000.

## FAQs

#### 1. How can I check the rewards I got from my referrals?

You can check credits earned through referrals on the Dashboard.

1. Log in to the Dashboard.
2. Navigate to **Account & Settings** → **Credits**.

  Credits allotment can take up to 3 hours after the referred business completes the transaction(s) worth ₹2,000.

  #### 2. Why has the business I had referred not received free credits yet?

  This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  * Credits allotment can take up to 3 hours after the referred business completes the transaction(s) worth ₹2,000.
  * You, as the referrer, have already received total amount credits worth ₹5,00,000 (₹1,00,000 each from 5 successful referrals).

  #### 3. Is there an expiry on the free amount credits earned through referrals?

  Yes, the free amount credits received via referrals will expire in 3 months.

  #### 4. I signed up via referral link but did not receive free credits?

  This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  * As a referred business, you will get free credits only after accepting transactions worth ₹2,000. You are allowed to accept multiple payments to achieve this number.
  * Credits allotment can take up to 3 hours after the referred business completes the transaction(s) worth ₹2,000.
