# Axis Bank

### Current Account Opening Required Documents

Given below is the list of required documents:

### Required Authorised Signatory Details

* Email ID
* Mobile number
* City of Birth
* Mother's name

Share the soft copy of company documents and signatory's KYC with us to prepare the Account Opening Form (AOF).	A rectangular stamp with the correct company name would also be required. The assigned Relationship Manager from Axis Bank will assist you through the process.

## Escrow Account with Axis Bank

You can open an Axis Current Account powered by RazorpayX for [Escrow](/x/account-types/escrow). All the requirements mentioned above are needed along with:

* The Escrow Agreement, signed by all 3 parties.
  * The Email Indemnity Clause as an annexure to Escrow Agreement.

## Account Linking Process Required Documents

To enable API, you require the following documents:

* IDP Form.
* Board resolution on company letterhead with seal and signature, signed by any 2 Directors.
* Payment terms & conditions to be executed on ₹200 stamp paper (for Bangalore). Stamp paper value is state-specific.
* Pre-authorised letter on the Company letterhead.
* TSP Letter on the company letterhead.
* SFTP statement request letter.

To enable UPI, you require the following documents:

* GST customer communication on company letterhead with seal and signature.
* UPI enrolment form signed on all pages,
* UPI merchant agreement to be executed on ₹200 stamp paper (for Bangalore). Stamp paper value will be state-specific.
* UPI Mapping letter; to be used for mapping corporate code on UPI, on company letterhead, sealed and signed by the authorised signatory.
* MMM file containing organisation details.
* Your business use case for UPI.
