> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://razorpay-60c89f9a-mintlify-audit-missing-sections-1778528421.mintlify.site/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Current Account Documents - Partnership Firm > This page has information on the documents required for a **Partnership** firm to open a Current Account using RazorpayX in partnership with RBL/Yes Bank. **Handy Tips** * All declarations must be on firm letter head and dated. * All KYC documents must include the rectangular seal (partner / authorised signatory) along with signatures on all pages. * If the banking clause is not mentioned in the partnership deed, then all partners must sign the resolution / declaration certifying the banking clause and mode of operation on the entity letterhead. * A complete chain of the partnership deed is required. In case there is a deceased partner in the chain, the Death Certificate of the deceased partner is mandatory. In the case of a retiring partner, he/she must sign on the last deed. * The last page of the deed must include all the existing partners’ signatures. * For partnership deed, name and count of the partners must match with the partnership declaration. * The cheque amount can range from ₹20,000 to ₹10,00,000 and must be shared at the time of document pick up. ## Forms Required ## Sl. No. | Documents ## 1 | [KYC documents](/x/rbl-ybl-current-account/cif) in the name of all authorised signatories/partners. ## 2 | Partnership declaration signed by all the partners. ## 3 | Partnership PAN card. ## 4 | Valid address proof in the name of the entity. [List of acceptable documents](/x/rbl-ybl-current-account/partnership/kyc)(any one). ## 5 | Mode of operation letter signed by all Partners. ## 6 | Beneficiary Owner(BO) declaration. 7 | Certified true copy of the latest partnership deed along with one entity proof.- If the copy is not notarized, signatures of two witnesses are mandatory. * Franking and stamping has to be done. * The purchase date on the stamp should be within 6 months of the partnership deed being made. *** ## 8 | Covering Letter (Attach to ₹600 duty stamp paper). ## 9 | A cheque of minimum ₹20,000 in the entity's name. If there are any transfer or currency conversion charges, the cheque amount should be higher to ensure at least ₹20,000 is credited to the new account after all deductions. For example, if the charges are ₹1,500, write a cheque for ₹21,500. 10 | Internet Banking Letter.
