The Engage Retention Engine consists of 2 sub-products, Wallets and Loyalty Rewards, which operate by crediting redeemable loyalty points to customer wallets. It is a customer retention mechanism wherein the system automatically creates digital wallets at first purchase and credits loyalty points for each transaction to retain customers.
