RTO Intelligence

Use RTO Intelligence to detect incorrect/non-serviceable addresses. This allows COD & Magic Checkout to decide whether to show a particular customer the cash on delivery option based on their buying history, thus increasing the delivery percentage and reducing RTO rates.

Steps

To use RTO intelligence:

1. Step 1

   Log in to the Dashboard.

2. Step 2

   Navigate to Magic Checkout → Setup and Settings → RTO Settings.

3. Step 3

   Turn on Enable RTO Intelligence. This automatically disables the cash on delivery option in case of high-risk customers who often return products on delivery resulting in damaged products during transit, high returns, refund issues, and so on.

4. Step 4

   Click Enable RTO Intelligence in the confirmation pop-up modal.

Watch Out!

To enable RTO Intelligence, you must activate Magic Checkout.

To activate Magic Checkout:

1. Click Activate under Enable RTO Intelligence.

2. On the Checkout Settings page, turn on Enable Magic Checkout.

3. Click Save Settings.
