- High Success Rates Payment success rates are known to increase by 5-10%.
- Faster Checkout Customers pay using their saved cards without any CVV or OTP, which makes checkout significantly faster.
- No Redirection Flow Since customers do not need to enter OTP, there is no redirection to the bank ACS page.
Workflow
There are two main steps:- Customer Enrollment: The customer enrols into the Visa safe Click program with an OTP authentication.
- Subsequent payments: The customer selects the previously enrolled card and completed the payments without any OTP authentication.
1. Customer Enrollment
The enrollment flow is given below:1
Step 1
The customer selects Card as the payment method at the Checkout.

They enter the card details and opt into the Visa Safe Click program.

Step 3
An OTP is sent to the customer’s registered contact number.

Step 4
The customer enters the OTP and completes the payment. This enrolls the card for processing subsequent payments up to ₹2000 without an OTP on your app.
2. Subsequent Payments
The flow for subsequent payments is given below:1
Step 1
The customer opens Razorpay Checkout and selects a Card as the payment method.

the list of all saved cards is shown. They can choose the card enrolled for Visa Safe Click.

The customer does not need to enter any OTP or CVV. The payment is completed with a single click.
