ShopBack Pay

ShopBack Pay is a card-based wallet that allows customers to link their Malaysian credit or debit cards for secure tokenised payments. It supports users in Malaysia and offers cashback incentives that are credited directly to customers’ ShopBack balance for future use.

Wallet Enablement

This is an on-demand payment instrument. Raise a request with your account manager or our Support team to get this enabled on your account.

Payment Flow

Given below is the payment flow for ShopBack Pay on Razorpay Curlec checkout:

1. The customer selects Wallets → ShopBack Pay at checkout.

2. They are redirected to a web browser where a QR code is displayed.

3. The customer is redirected to ShopBack where they can choose whether they want to open the app or continue in the browser.

4. The customer uses the ShopBack app to scan the QR code and authenticate the payment.

5. Payment is processed via their linked card and ShopBack credits cashback to their balance.

6. The customer selects Wallets → ShopBack Pay at checkout.

7. The ShopBack wallet interface opens for authentication and payment.

8. Payment is processed via the customer’s linked card.

9. ShopBack credits cashback/refund to the customer’s ShopBack balance.

10. The customer is redirected back to your website/app.
