  • It is possible to do this only if the Subscription is in the active state and not in any other state.
  • The offer is applied to the Subscription only at the end of the current billing cycle. It is not possible to update an offer linked to a Subscription immediately.
To update an Offer linked to a Subscription:
  1. Log in to the Dashboard and click Subscriptions under PAYMENT PRODUCTS in the left menu.
  2. Click on the Subscription Id for which you want to update the Offer.
  3. Click Update. The Update Subscription pop-up page appears.
  4. Click the Offer drop-down list and select the new Offer to be linked with the subscription.
  5. Select End of Cycle.
Watch Out!The new Offer will be applied to the Subscription only at the end of the cycle. It is not possible to update an Offer linked to a Subscription immediately.
  1. Click Next.
  2. Review the changes and click Update Subscription.
