The dashboard displays key customer details such as Total Visits, Last Visit and Average Billing Amount along with basic details, which can be exported for deeper analysis.

Ways to Collect Customer Data

• Manually: Businesses can enter or upload customer details directly into the Consumer Profiling dashboard.

• Surveys: Surveys integrated into Billme-powered digital bills allow customers to voluntarily share information during their post-purchase journey. This data is automatically captured and stored for future use.

The export feature allows businesses to export detailed customer information in CSV format. Exported data can be filtered by:

Add / Upload

Businesses can add or upload new customer data using the following two options:

Add New Customer

Add individual customer details directly into the system using a form.

Upload Bulk Consumer Profiles

Bulk upload customer data by downloading the sample CSV template, filling in customer information and uploading it back into the system.

Upload Instructions

When uploading customer data, businesses should follow these important guidelines:

• Do not delete or change the position of the headers in the sample CSV file.
• Do not add country codes with phone numbers.
• Do not use capital letters for city and state fields.
• Use capital letters only for names, professions, company names and spouse names.
• Use the DD/MM/YY format for date of birth and anniversary.
• Ensure you follow the additional instructions provided in the system before uploading data.
