Using FPX, you can seamlessly accept online payments from your customers through their preferred Malaysian bank. FPX is facilitated by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), the Central Bank of Malaysia, and is backed by 11 other major financial institutions that are members of the PayNet Group.

With nearly 90 million transactions recorded in 2018 alone, FPX is one of Malaysia’s most trusted and widely used online payment methods. It offers merchants and customers a secure and convenient payment solution.

Enable FPX from the Dashboard

Follow the steps to enable FPX:

1. Step 1

   Log in to the Dashboard.

2. Step 2

   Click Account & Settings in the left menu.

3. Step 3

   Go to Payment methods and click the enable button next to FPX.

4. Step 4

   You can also request for Additional Payment Methods from the Dashboard.

Payment Flow

Given below is the payment flow for FPX at Razorpay Curlec checkout:

1. Step 1

   The customer selects FPX at checkout.

2. Step 2

   They choose the bank and are redirected to the bank’s portal.

3. Step 3

   They enter their banking credentials and complete the authorisation process.

4. Step 4

   Upon payment completion, the customer receives a UI notification and is redirected to your website or app.
