List of documents for a Limited Company/OPC
  • Account Opening Form (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant stamps)
  • Customer Information Form(s) (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories/Beneficial Owners/Directors signed in individual capacities.
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA).
  • Articles of Association (AOA).
  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Board Resolution.
  • Latest list of directors and officials holding senior management positions.
  • PAN of the company.
  • Registered office address proof in the name of the entity.
  • Communication address proof, if different from registered address.
  • KYC of all the authorised signatories.
  • NPO Declaration for section 8 company (formerly Section 25) (including Darpan registration certificate/ number for NPO) in case of Non-profit Companies.
