10. Will the customer receive notification upon payout success?

Yes, if ‘Send Email/SMS’ setting was set to true, then the customer receives a notification on successful completion of a payout. Yes, you can set expiry date and time on the Payout Link. If the funds are insufficient and the user has submitted the link, the Payout Link will be in queued state. Once sufficient funds are added, they will be processed.
